The ‘Bucket Brigade’ Subscriptions include loose stems. Each bucket holds enough flowers and foliage for the recipient to make multiple small arrangements.

All other subscription services include a custom vase arrangement for each delivery.

For all subscriptions the initial delivery includes a care card with instructions for the longest vase life of your flowers.

Flower deliveries are made every other week, typically on Saturday and Sunday.

Delivery times are confirmed via email or text message, to ensure the flowers will be received in a timely manner.

We strive to accommodate any requested changes to the delivery schedule, but kindly ask that you reach out as soon as possible. If, for any reason, the delivery date cannot be rescheduled (a right reserved), you have the option to gift your delivery to a friend within a 15-mile radius of our business.

Regrettably, pickup dates and times are set within a firm window. We deeply value and respect the businesses that allocate space for our subscribers.

Unclaimed flowers will be donated. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Pertinent information about subscriptions is communicated via email or text message.

Subscribers are responsible for;

-receiving flowers at designated place and time

-reporting issues within 24 hours

-requesting delivery changes as soon as possible

We promise to provide our subscribers open communication, timely deliveries and pickups, customer service should problems arise.

Please note flower farming involves weather-related risks. While we make every effort to plan for adequate harvest quantities and qualities, weather related are a possibility.

To ensure every delivery meets our standards, we reserve the right incorporate flowers grown by others, or adjust delivery schedules.
